Precision Pipe and Profile Rolling in Yerevan

We provide tube, profile, and metal-bar rolling for railing components, arches, furniture parts, greenhouse frames, outdoor-lighting brackets, and other metal structures.

We work with mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium.

Recommended minimum wall thicknesses for quality results with round tubes:

For square and rectangular tubes refer to wall thicknesses of pipes, for other profiles wall thickness is determined by trial rolling.

Shapes and radii

Rolling can produce more than circular forms, including:

• arcs and semicircles

• ovals

• rounded-corner rectangular shapes

• Different closed figures

• spring-like parts

• custom pieces with multiple radii

The minimum radius can start at approximately 100 mm, depending on the material, profile size, and part geometry. We can also produce radii of 2000 mm and larger to suit your project.

For complex shapes, the minimum straight-section length is approximately 170 mm.

Accuracy

For production quantities, radius accuracy depends on the radius size:

• radii up to 500 mm: approximately ±5 mm

• radii up to 1000 mm: approximately ±10 mm

The possible tolerance range increases with larger radii. Large structures can be produced in sections, then cut, welded, and assembled.

Surface condition and deformation

For small-radius rolling, minimal deformation may occur on the inner side at the start of the bend. We assess this in advance based on the material and the project’s requirements.

We can provide additional finishing and restore the appearance of even mirror-finish stainless-steel surfaces.

Files for quotation

Send a SolidWorks file or another 3D model with the final dimensions, radii, and part shape. A dimensioned sketch is also suitable.

If you do not have a final design, we can help select the appropriate tube or profile and prepare a production solution for a quantity order.

Additional fabrication

We also provide cutting, welding, assembly, and other required finishing work.
