CNC Pipe Bending in Yerevan
We provide CNC pipe bending for furniture frames, railing components, and other metal structures. We work with mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium tubes.
Tube sizes and bend radii
Bending is performed with fixed-size rollers.

For Ø21 mm round tube, we work with wall thicknesses starting from 1.2 mm. For square tubes, the minimum wall thickness is approximately 1.5–2 mm, depending on the tube size and material.
For non-standard radii and other profiles we can offer pipe and profile rolling service.
Complex and multi-plane bends
We can create bends up to 180° and multiple bends in one part.
round tubes can be bent in different planes according to the design;
for square tubes, bending planes can be positioned at 90° to each other.
Accuracy
bend angle tolerance: ±3°
repeatability of the first and last legs of a multi-bend part in a production order: approximately ±2 mm
The bend radius is fixed, but the material’s behaviour during deformation can cause a variation of several millimetres. Variations may be larger on initial samples and become consistent during production runs.
Controlling deformation
When bending relatively thin-wall round tubes, we use an internal mandrel to help maintain the tube shape. No marks are left on the outer surface of round tubes.
Square tubes may show minimal, acceptable deformation on the outer wall and a bend line on the inner wall. This is a controlled result that helps avoid other unwanted deformation.
The actual tube dimensions must match their nominal size. For example, a tube with a true diameter of 20 mm or 22 mm will bend differently in tooling designed for a Ø21 mm tube.
Minimum straight lengths
The minimum straight length before the first bend is:
60 mm for Ø21 mm round tube and 25 × 25 mm square tube
100 mm for 40 × 40 mm square tube
A straight length of approximately 300 mm is required after the final bend; the exact capability depends on the part geometry.
Files and information for quotation
The preferred format is a SolidWorks file or another 3D model that includes:
final dimensions
bend angles
rotation angles where bends are in different planes
You may also send a dimensioned sketch. If you only have an idea or an image, we can assess manufacturing feasibility and prepare a production drawing.
Additional work
You can supply pre-cut tubes or ask us to cut them. We also provide welding, assembly, and other required operations. For example, for a chair frame, we can cut, bend, assemble, and weld all components.
Pricing and order conditions
Quantity, material, number of bends, and any additional processing are the main pricing factors. We do not accept orders for a single part, but we can discuss producing a sample for a production order.
