"Team Telecom" round LED display cabinet sheathed in stainless steel

We executed this project end-to-end, from the initial design phase to final production.

Following the engineering design, all components were precision laser-cut, and the internal structural reinforcement parts were bent using a CNC press brake. The outer frame sheets were rolled using a plate rolling machine, ensuring zero damage to the sheet metal surface. The structure was assembled using advanced laser welding. Finally, the stainless steel outer cladding was fitted on the steel sub-frame and meticulously polished to a premium finish.
